No Training Tonight (Monday)
Starting Tuesday 13th November 8.00pm at Track same time as normal for this
week
Some Thursdays speed session either 6pm/6.30pm (will be noted on website
when on)
Monday: 9.30am and 7.30pm
Track
Wednesday 7.30pm Speed Session: Run by Dunshaughlin
Athletic Club
Friday: 9.30am: Track
Saturday 8.00am : Long Run (See website for location a day or two in advance)
Check website regularly for updates and additional training sessions
