Fit4Life Training Times

Training Times (Provisional) for the Fit4Life group
Monday Morning 10-11am
Tues Night 8:15pm for Warm up Training 8:30-9:15pm

Track available for members use
Wed night at 8pm-9pm Dunshaughlin train here at this time and is a good session for the faster athlete
Thurs Night 8pm-9pm
Fri Night 7:15pm-8pm
