Have just gotten info regarding the Cushinstown AC Indoor Sports that is on this Sun 22nd Jan. The field events Longjump, Highjump, Shotputt start at 11 with 30m and 60m sprints at 1pm. Full details on their new site.

I'm reliably informed that this is a really nice introduction to competitions and as it is indoors all the better.
Bring warm clothing though, hat and gloves at it does get cold in there :).
