61 children participated from
Ratoath/Rathbeggan, 29 girls and 32 boys. We came home with medals from
individual events of 8 gold’s, 7 silvers, 7 bronze and 4 4th place medal’s.
Our Relay teams came home with gold’s for the Mixed U10 relay and U12
girls team and silver for the boys U16 team and 3rd place for the Boys U14.
The following children will be
representing Meath at the National Community Games Finals on the weekend of 16
- 18th August, 2013 from Ratoath/Rathbeggan:

Boys U10 60m Hurdles - Fionn Drummond
Boys U16 Marathon - Alex Hunter
Boys U12 Long Puck - Jack Lanigan
Boys U14 Long Jump - Gareth Doyle
Girls U10 100m - Ella Healy
Girls U12 100m - Ivie Okome
1st in County Long Jump u12 - Emma Coroner
Mixed Relay U10 team of Aimee Doherty, Ella Healy, Fionn
Drummond and Tom Kilgannon
U12 Girls Relay of Aoife Rutherford, Ivie Okome, Rachel
McPartlin and Emma Coroner go onto represent Meath in the relays.
