Peter Killgannon finished 4th in the Junior Boys 800m Schools All Ireland Championships in Tullamore today. He was only edged out of a medal over the last 50m but nevertheless ran a fantastic race and recorded a new PB of 2min 6.74 sec. He has improved his 800m times with every race this season and the season is not over yet. Peter's time is also a club junior record although Ciaran McCarthy, Conor Duncan, Tom Gannon, Philip Marron, Alex Hunter and the likes don't intend to let him retain it for very long if they can help it.Saturday, June 1, 2013
