After a year abroad studying, Conor Duncan arrived back in Ireland on Thursday and wasted no time in demonstrating that he is in good shape and ready to run some fast times. Running in the Belfast Irish milers club B 800m, he was a comfortable winner in 1 min 55.1. Following the pacemaker through 400m in 56/57 seconds, Conor moved to the front, and won going away, by nearly 2 seconds. Everything suggests the best is yet to come so fingers crossed for an injury free season
