The Leinster Individual Indoor Track and Field championships will take place on Saturday and Sunday March 8th and 9th at Athlone I.T. Indoor Stadium. This event is for u12-19 athletes only and athletes must compete in their own age group. A full programme of events is available on the Athletics Leinster web site. Anyone wishing to compete please contact your coach before Friday February 20th , €3.50 Entry fee per event.
As part of our preparation for this event we will be holding
a training session in Athlone I.T. Indoor Stadium on Sunday February 8th
between 3 and 4:30pm. This will be a good opportunity to get a feel for the
stadium especially for any athletes who have not competed there before, please
contact Siobheal Cummins or Peter Doherty for further details.
