Great Ireland Run 10k

Well done to everyone who did the 10k yesterday. It was a cold day (about 8 degrees) with a bit of rain, but the sun came out for a few mins about half way through. Over 11,000 people took part and the wave starts made a big difference. The race was really well organized with lots of bottled water on hand and goodie bags at the end for everyone.
