Training Times

Little Athletics U6 to U9 - Tuesday 6:50 to 7:50pm
Agility, Balance, Co-ordination

General Training U10-U13 - Tuesday 7:00 to 8:00pm
Stations on Sprints/Relays, Hurdles, Shot-Putt and Long Jump etc (weather permitting)

General Training U14-U19 - Tuesday 7:30 to 8:30pm
As decided by the competition season and Coach

Fit4Life Training Tuesday 8pm to 9pm
Variety- Run/Walking, jogging, interval work, tempo running, mini hurdle drills, conditioning stations as organised on each night

Competition Training U10+ Friday 7:15-8:15pm and Sunday 11:00am-12:15pm
Variety as decided by the Coaches and Competition Season including, Block starts, Sprints, Plyometrics, hurdles, long-jump, shot-putt, interval training, tempo running, relay practice.
