Here is a poster for a Running/Endurance workshop hosted by Ratoath AC in The Venue Theatre, Ratoath Community Centre, Main Street, Ratoath on Thursday 10th February from 7.30pm to 10pm with registration from 7.15.
It is of main interest to those who are interested in running 5kms, 10kms or marathons during 2011. The main contributors are Irish International 400/800m runner and the new PE teacher in Ratoath Community teacher David McCarthy and marathon and hill runner Ryan Montgomery who will give plenty of advice from experience (if you click on the image it will show you a bigger version which is easier to read).
