- €15 entry fee online or €20 on the day.
- Starts/ Finishes 11AM at Ratoath GAA club Sean Eiffe Pk, Dunshauglin road, Ratoath
- Ample parking available
- AAI Permit approved, Chip & Timed Event

- Pre race warm up with Natashas Zumba
- Race pacer for the following times to ensure you achieve your 5K PB
Sub 20:00, 25:00, 30:00, 35:00, 40:00 - Post race showers
- Post race refreshments and prize giving at the gaa club house
- Goodie bag from our main sponsor Conway’s spar Ratoath for each participant.
- The Run Hub will have a stall with running shoes and clothing.
- Edel and her team from The Ratoath Sports Injury Centre will be there providing pre/post-race massage.
- Post-race raffle where we will be picking out race number for spot prizes from run hub and from local businesses.
