Registration night for the Spar/Ratoath Athletic Clubs Summer 2016 Couch 2 5K programme this Thursday evening in Conway’s SPAR Ratoath 6.30-9pm we will be there to answer any questions you may have. Couch 2 5K Starting on Monday the 25^th of July

• ·      7 weeks
• ·      3 days a week Monday 8-9pm Wednesday 8-9pm and Friday 9:30am- 10:30am (no problem if you cannot make every day)
• ·      All fitness levels welcome, Beginners to Advanced
• ·      All training takes place on our running track by qualified athletics coaches.

Amazing value at €25 euro which includes your €15 entry fee to Ratoath AC’s SPAR 5K which will take place on Sunday the 11^th of September.  Only €15 for Ratoath AC members

 It is a great way to meet new people and either kick start your fitness or increase the fitness level you already have.
