Training for Fit4Life
Monday
9:30-10:30am beginners Track or Road training
7:00-8:00pm NEW UPDATED TIME
Tempo session on Track or Footpaths

Tuesday
Circuit training at Ratoath College Gym 8-9pm

Friday
9:30-10-30am beginners on the Track or Footpaths

Saturday
Long Run 7:50am generally meeting at track running on local roads but sometimes Tara or away for a Race.

Cost
Membership to end of December €60 plus €2 subs once in the week.
(Member of the long run group only no track use or circuits €25)
