RATOATH AC Spar 5K 

Takes place this  Sunday the 11th September 2016 Sponsored by CONWAYS SPAR RATOATH

• €15 entry fee online or €20 on the day.

• Starts/ Finishes 11AM at Ratoath GAA club Sean Eiffe Pk, 

                Dunshauglin road, Ratoath

• Ample parking available 

• AAI Permit approved,  Chip & Timed Event

• Showers and Refreshments

• Pre race warm up with Natashas Zumba

• Post race showers 

• Post race refreshments and prize giving at the gaa club house

• Goodie bag from our main sponsor Conway’s SPAR Ratoath 

                for each participant.

• The Run Hub will have a stall with running shoes and clothing.

• Edel and her team from The Ratoath Sports Injury Centre 

will be there providing pre/post-race massage. 

• Post-race raffle where we will be picking out race numbers 

for spot prizes from run hub and from many local businesses

                       Ratoath GAA club house 9:15am closes at 10.30am sharp
