Relay success at National League

Representing Meath at the national league in Athlone last Sunday, our u 19 club 4 x 400m relay squad of Peter Kilgannon, Philip Marron, Naoise McKenna and Brian Kiernan won the division 1 section of the national league. Conditions were wet and blustery but the lads ran an unofficial time of 3 mins 36.1  which just missed the club senior record. Peter put us straight into the lead from the offset and the rest of the squad extended the lead out to about 20m by the finish for an impressive win.
