Training on tonight 22-1-2013

Training is on tonight.
Please wrap up warm for those of you out on the track. Jackets gloves and hats..
Fit4life circuits on in the Gym hall from 7:55-9:00. 
Gerry's endurance group circuits also on in the hall 7:55-8:30
