Registration this Thursday 25th & Friday 26th of July 7-9pm at Conway’s Spar Ratoath or online at 

 

 

FEE: €45 for:

• 7 weeks training at Ratoath AC track with Ratoath AC coaches, 
• FREE entry into the Ratoath AC 5k sponsored by Conway’s Spar Ratoath (€20),  
• T-shirt and medal for all race finishers
